You must have a printed copy of your tickets with you on the day of travel.
Tickets may not be cancelled but may be amended to a different date within that year’s season.
Each time a ticketholder boards the bus; they must scan the QR code at the ticket machine.
Anyone who has purchased a discounted ticket must present proof of their entitlement to the discount when giving the voucher to the Toon Tour bus driver; if this is not presented, we reserve the right to refuse the voucher.
The bus can accommodate 1 wheelchair on the lower deck of the bus only.
