Due to ongoing development work in the southern area of Al-Masjid An-Nabawi, we are temporarily unable to reach Stop 2 (Al-Baqi) and Stop 3 (Al Manakha Square) on the Green Route. Passengers can still access these locations by hopping off at Stop 4 Al Salam Gate (close to Manakha Square) or the Al-Safiyah Museum and Park stop (close to Al-Baqi).

Become immersed in the culture, history, and religion of Al Madinah as you explore the city with a hop-on hop-off bus tour. Al Madinah, also known as Madinah or Medina, is the second holiest city of Islam. As one of the oldest and most significant places in Islamic history, a visit to Medina is like no other! Our sightseeing bus will take you to the main places in the city, with 12 different bus stops located near key locations. You’ll have access to 2 bus routes, showcasing different areas.

The green route consists of 4 bus stops which showcase the history of the city. Admire the stunning architecture of the Al-Masjid an-Nabawi (The Prophet’s Mosque), where the Islamic prophet Muhammed used to live and is currently buried. Choose to hop off and visit the religious site or stay on the bus as we head towards the Al Baqi Cemetery, the resting place of Muhammed’s relatives and companions. Stay on the green route and admire one of the Al Salam gate, one of the gates at the Great Mosque of Mecca. Our onboard audio guides will provide you with interesting commentary about each sight you pass.

To learn more about the history and significance of Medina, join the red route and explore further into the city. Visit the grounds of the Uhud Battle and learn about the history of the significant battle, go shopping at Al-Noor Mall, and admire Quba Mosque, one of the oldest mosques in the world! Your ticket is valid for 24 hours for both routes, so hop on and off as many times as you wish!
