Please note:
When your booking is confirmed, you will receive your ticket via e-mail. To redeem, visit the ticketing office at the Avenues at Atlantis to receive your wristband which you can use to enter the attraction.
Individuals under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by an adult 21 years or older.
Proof of age is required at the entrance when redeeming a ticket for a child or infant.
Tickets are valid for six months from the original travel date selected.
Should you not be able to use the ticket at all, for whatever reason, the ticket will not be eligible for a refund. However, we will give you the option to rebook for any other day within the following six months. This includes flight cancellations due to weather conditions or other causes outside of our control.
The Dubai Balloon At Atlantis is accessible for wheelchairs and baby strollers. Please speak to a Ground Crew member for assistance loading and unloading the balloon gondola. The wheelchair/stroller must have a braking/locking system to prevent unsecured movement in flight and this function will be checked and verified by the Ground crew before boarding. Please note that we have wheelchairs and strollers complying with the above requirements available on site for our guests' use, if needed.
